Quick fixes
The answers people need most often.
The app won't open or keeps closing.
Close it fully (swipe up from the bottom and flick it away), then reopen. If it still happens, restart your iPhone and check the App Store for an update. Still stuck? Send me a note with your iPhone model and iOS version.
I paid but my purchase isn't showing.
Open the app's paywall or settings and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with. Purchases are handled by Apple, so they follow your Apple Account, not your phone.
How do I cancel a subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Pick the app and tap Cancel. Apple manages all subscriptions, so I can't cancel one for you, but I'm happy to help if something looks wrong.
How do I ask for a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase. If you'd rather tell me what went wrong first, I read every message.
Where do I find my iPhone model and iOS version?
Open Settings, then General, then About. You'll see Model Name and iOS Version near the top. Including them helps me fix things faster.
Where do I find the app version?
Open Settings, then General, then iPhone Storage, and tap the app. The version number is shown under its name.
